Step 2
Delivered within 3-5 business days
A 2-4 page summary document: your main problem and 3 to 5 priorities.
This diagnosis isn't meant to be exhaustive: it's a first pass that identifies what matters most to get started, not a complete analysis of your organization.
Pricing
Operational Diagnosis: 290 € excl. VAT instead of 390 € excl. VAT (10 spots left out of 10). If you entrust us with a mission within 30 days, this amount is fully deducted from the mission invoice.

This diagnosis method is applied continuously to DYWEB's own organization before being offered to clients.
